"Airborne"

I have a favorite quote from a song many years ago: "Its the Eighties, where's my rocket pack?!" When this topic came up, I knew instantly what I wanted to do :-) I really wanted to try some compositing, so I chose to combine the two elements.

Scene contents: The backdrop is a photo from the Grand Canyon, everything else is LW 5.6. The character is metanurbs (obviously), modeled in my spare time during the past week. I modeled the rocket motor a couple weeks prior.

I wish I would have started earlier on this.. there are quite a few things I would have like to have done, but ran out of time.
